Understanding and communicating university management themes with the European University Association
Research vs. teaching: exploring incentive systems and best practice across European universities
The European University Association (EUA) represents more than 800 universities and national rectors' conferences in 48 European countries. Spark Change worked with EUA to explore and communicate on the balance between teaching and research in European universities, exploring how both are valued and encouraged within university systems. We interviewed a number of university leaders and stakeholders and developed a series of short articles on teaching practice drawn from discussions between pan-European academics. We also developed thematic blog stories and provided social media support.
